Research Fellow in Gamification
Daniel's expertise lie in the use of visual, interactive and/or digital tools and programmes to capture and display stories. This includes how capturing people's experiences in a visual way can help with understanding and analysing underlying lessons. His expertise informs our offerings that help companies to roadmap their journey towards adopting advanced services.
Daniel is also experienced in the conceptualisation, design and creation of multimedia games. He teaches a number of programmes and courses on business games and gamification for industry.
He is a founding chair of the International Gamification for Business Conference and the Business Games Jam: Developing Concepts and Prototype Games to Help Manufacturing Companies.
Daniel is a key member of the research team on our EPSRC-funded project, Gamification for Servitization. This is a partnership with the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre at the University of Sheffield, and the Serious Games Institute at Coventry University.
