See you at the Spring Servitization Conference

Here at the Advanced Services Group, we are busy preparing for our Spring Servitization Conference. Taking place from 14-16 May at Copenhagen Business School, the Spring Servitization Conference is the forum that brings together all those working on servitization, to network and learn from each other.

We are looking forward to a programme jam-packed with the latest research and insights from practitioners on servitization. Day 1 and 2 of the conference will focus on academic research, with topics including

  • Business model innovation: performance-based contracts

  • Requirements for promoting service-selling to manufacturing firms

  • Servitized value proposition on Cargo Transportation systems

  • Digital Transformation and Servitization

  • Exploring the link between service strategies for performance

We are fortunate to also be welcoming keynote speakers from a range of companies, including (from left to right)

Andrew Harrison, Honorary Professor and Engineering Associate Fellow at Rolls Royce

Ulrika Lindberg, Vice President, Global Service at Alfa Laval AB

Thomas Rosenkilde Anderson, Group Vice President for Services at GRUNDFOS

Ross Townshend Business Manager EMEA – Advanced Services & Data at Ishida Europe

The conference will be run in our usual, but unusual format: staying together as a community, rather than splitting out into parallel streams and tiny groups. We find that this format stimulates genuine debate and engagement with the content of each keynote speech, research paper and panel discussion.

That is what makes this conference so special – a real community of thought leaders from academia and practice.

The programme for the three-days is available online here: SSC2018_Programme and it is not too late to book your place! You can find all information at this link: https://www.advancedservicesgroup.co.uk/ssc2018

We do hope to see you in Copenhagen, but if you can’t make it this year, follow the Spring Servitization Conference on Twitter #SSC2018.
