Returns and refunds

We only accept returns and provide refund for ‘Hard Copy’ materials (e.g., books and mini guides). We do not accept returns on ‘digital’ products (e.g., digital copies, PDF versions).

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the purchase date. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged/unmarked and in the same condition that you received it.   Preferably, they also need to be in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us first at ask@signadvancedservicesgroup.co.uk. After you received a confirmation from us, place the item securely in its original packing (preferably) and return it to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we are not able to restock the returned items due to their condition (damaged/marked), we would not be able to provide any refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company we will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For any question, please contact us at ask@advancedservicesgroup.co.uk.
