Our practical and hands-on methods are grounded in the latest academic research and real industry insight. The programme is fully funded for eligible SMEs, and has already worked successfully with over 300 SMEs in the West Midlands, helping them with their business improvements, growth and transformation.

Group Workshops

Up to five online group workshops covering a range of topics from revenue capture to customer value proposition to roadmapping.

Eligibility Criteria

We run two programmes specifically for SMEs. Subject to eligibility, the programme can be fully-subsidised for SMEs that check the following criteria:

Based in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull or the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership regions.

Have a turnover of less than £42m or a balance sheet of less than £38m.

Are less than 25% co-owned by another company.

Are a manufacturing SME or a business innovating through technology with fewer than 250 employees.

Have not received more than £170k in State Aid over the last three years.
