Mikael Cato

Chief Digital Officer at Scania

Mikael Cato is a digital business leader with passion from strategy & innovation to transformation in the wide digital landscape. Since mid 2017, Mikael has been serving as the CDO for Scania, dedicated to accelerating digitalization – balancing the here and now opportunities with longer term changes in the transport and logistics ecosystem.  

Before joining Scania, Mikael served as the head of business area Digital at Acando / Connecta, also being the founder of Itch, Business design studio. Prior to this he worked with international digital tech agency Valtech as the sales and marketing director.

Ellen Molin

SVP, Head of Business Area Support and Services at SAAB AB

Ellen is heading a business area at Saab AB and is part of the Saab Group Management team. Ellen started her career within the IT consultancy business and also as a CEO for a software company. Further, Ellen moved in to business consultancy and worked with commercializing business ideas, developing business concepts and business development within both private and public sector. Within Saab Ellen has had various position in project and program management. For the last 4 years she has been in different management positions and also a member of the Group management team since 2017.

Joakim Plate

Director Service Market at Toyota Material Handling Europe

Since 2011  Joakim Plate is responsible for the European Service Market business within Toyota Material Handling Europe. A vital part of this involves developing and executing the Service strategy, in which connectivity plays an important role. Joakim will in his presentation, together with Mr Patrik Carlsson, describe how TMHE is working with the transformation from reactive to proactive service and towards the ultimate target of “zero breakdowns”. Prior to his current responsibilities Joakim has held various positions within TMHE with focus on Service Market Business Development. Before joining TMHE in 2003 Joakim worked as Business Manager within the Ericsson group 2000 - 2003 and Purchasing Manager within AstraZeneca 1998 – 2000.

Patrick Carlsson

Sr Manager Business Development, Service Market at Toyota Material Handling Europe

Patrik Carlsson has a vast knowledge in the area of mobility and connectivity and how that can bring business value to the industrial sector. This after having spent over two decades working in these areas in different positions within Toyota Material Handling Europe, with a main focus within the area of field service. Patrik will in his presentation, together with Mr Joakim Plate, describe how TMHE is working with the transformation from reactive to proactive service and towards the ultimate target of “zero breakdowns”.

Magnus Savenas

V.P Customer Care & Quality at Electrolux

In his keynote address, Magnus will focus on Electrolux' new service product Essentia, which enabled the company to introduce standardized  customer care procedures on a global scale.
