Every time I meet with members of the Advanced Services Partnership, I’m reminded just how powerful peer connection can be. There’s something uniquely valuable about honest conversations, shared ambition and the safety of a trusted space – and our Spring Roundtable during Services Week 2025 in Liverpool was a perfect example of that.
The Partnership isn’t just a network: it’s a consortium of multinational manufacturers committed to growing through advanced services. What makes it special is the combination of cutting-edge tools, strategic insight, and the kind of practical, personalised support that helps members move faster and avoid common pitfalls. Each company is paired with a dedicated Servitization Mentor, someone who’s embedded in their journey, helping them apply the methodology, overcome internal barriers and connect with the right expertise across the group.
That support really came to life during Services Week in May. On Wednesday, we teamed up with the academic community for two keynotes and a collaborative session focused entirely on real-world challenges. Each partner shared a current issue they were facing, and in return received live feedback and suggestions from academics and industry experts – all visualised dynamically on the big screen. It was a powerful moment of shared learning and problem-solving.
We wrapped up the week with a visit to JCB’s Uptime Centre, a brilliant example of servitization in action. Seeing strategic ideas translated into real customer value and business outcomes was both inspiring and grounding.
For industrial leaders navigating complex transformation, the Advanced Services Partnership offers something rare: a trusted environment, expert guidance, and a peer network that truly understands the journey. It’s not just support – it’s acceleration.
