Since its inception in 2015, the Advanced Services Partnership has brought together like-minded executives leading their organisations on their servitization journey. So, what is the Advanced Services Partnership? It is an industry consortium of multinational companies seeking to excel at servitization through the implementation of advanced services.

Servitization is not an easy or quick process and many manufacturers struggle to implement service-led business models. Being a member of the partnership can significantly accelerate your servitization journey and reduce the risks along the way.

Our partners benefit from access to our world-renowned servitization experts, the latest research insights, as well as proven tools and techniques to help manage their servitization efforts. Members receive regular guidance from a dedicated relationship manager, as well as access to our specialists for specific challenges. All of this helps to overcome challenges quickly and keep the service transformation on track.

The Advanced Services Group hosts regular get togethers for the partnership, such as online assemblies and keynote speeches, and three in person Roundtables per year.

Our next Roundtable will take place in early 2023 at Tetra Pak in Lund. The topic of the Roundtable will be all about the grand challenge of scaling servitization. The basis of creating compelling business cases and co-designing attractive customer value propositions is well known, but scaling their delivery and market penetration sets out a whole new raft of challenges and opportunities. Some of our partners are making excellent progress in this area and will share their experiences and outcomes.
