Spring Servitization Conference 2019: meet the Keynote Speakers

Winter is making its presence felt in the current cold snap, but here at the Advanced Services Group we have our eyes firmly trained on the spring. And spring means Spring Servitization Conference, which this year will take place in Linköping, Sweden. Let us introduce to you our fantastic Keynote Speakers for this year’s conference.

Mikael Cato

Mikael Cato is the Chief Digital Officer at Scania with wide-ranging experience in digital technologies. His expertise lies in digital strategy, innovation and transformation. At Scania, Mikael is dedicated to accelerating digitalization – balancing current opportunities with longer-term changes in the transport and logistics ecosystem.

Ellen Molin

Ellen Molin is the SVP, Head of Business Area Support and Services at SAAB AB. She brings a

wealth of business management expertise to the table. A member of the SAAB Group management team, Ellen heads up the Support and Services business area.

Joakim Plate

Joakim Plate is the Director Service Market at Toyota Material Handling Europe, responsible for developing and implementing the Service strategy with particular focus on connectivity.

Patrick Carlsson

Patrick Carlsson who is the Senior Manager Business Development, Service Market at Toyota Material Handling Europe. His expertise lies in field service as well as mobility and connectivity in the industrial context.

Joakim and Patrik will present on Toyota Material Handling Europe’s journey from reactive to proactive service and towards the ultimate target of ‘zero breakdowns’.
